The neighborhood is so iconically Cape Town: bright colored houses, elegant cafes, independent shops are all within walking distance. My room had a great balcony overseeing the beautiful Waterkrant street and was very comfortable. The host and cleaning staff were very responsive and attentive.

For early to bed and light sleepers the bar across the road can get loud but only until eleven. The sound proofing from the floor above is not good and with the wrong guests it could be problematic.

The apartment was very good,the area safe , well surrounded with good restaurants.and shops..A short walk to centre.

noisey but it was Friday😂a tv would have been nice as I wasn’t feeling well. Room service from downstairs would have been good but their number wasn’t working. little snacks on room would have saved my night

We were able to collect the keys and check in earlier than the 1400 time, which was very helpful. A hugely important feature, yet not advertised, is that the establishment is not subject to electricity load shedding due to it being on a grid line of high importance.

I love everything in this place, is clear,quite, you can find there everything because everything is close there (African ristorante, bar, Gym, supermarket (EVERYTHING) but I must have to stop for spend an ocean of words to Stephan, if you need an interpreter he will be there, if you need to know how can you get a place or thing, he will be there, if you have any problem Stephan will be there and André too , I just have to say there... THANKS FOR EVERYTHING ❤️

The cleanliness of the place. They went an extra mile to assist with a extra bed. Very friendly. We had secured parking for our vehicle. They cleaned the flat daily. Umbrella and chairs was offered to us if we need. The maps of the W &V was very help full. Thanks

I had a wonderful stay at the Man and Tree House in Cape Town. The location was perfect, with easy access to all of the city's attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a fan that kept me cool on hot summer nights. The real highlight of my stay was the fantastic host, Stephan. He went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He provided helpful recommendations for things to see and do in the city and was always available to answer any questions I had. They truly made me feel welcome and at home. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel in Cape Town. The combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic host made it the perfect place to stay. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Great location in a safe neighbourhood. Stephan was very helpful and provided us with good tips for exploring Kapstadt. We can recommend this accomodation.

Great hosts and the room has everything you need for a great stay in Cape Town! Location in Waterkant is excellent, with bats, coffeeshops and restaurants around the corner. Highly recommended.

The location of this guest house is unbeatable. It is right on the doorstep of great restaurants and shops in a beautiful part of the city. The room was quiet even though the area is busy at night. A great find.
