Their communication is very poor towards people who booked accommodation ,they give more attention to the people who come for jacuz,massage and flooding break fast only

The staff focuss more on people who did not book accommodation but only facilities so us who booked accommodation they dont give us attention at all and we end up missing facilities

The were no towels in my room and the blanket was dirty, it had a gum on it u could tell that they had fold it without washing it for other people to use it .

The bath in my booked room wasn't working The room doesn't have air-conditioning and doesn't have electric fans. I had to close all doors and windows because of Mosquitoes - This is natural ofcourse, the room was very hot without a fan, may you please organize electric fans for your beautiful rooms please

The place is very beautiful, peaceful environment, the clean pools both indoor and outdoor. The bed is comfortable with clean linen. The staff, wow they're so welcoming and helpful and they serve nice breakfast. I liked the jacuzzi as well- I wish they can update on Booking.com that the Jacuzzi is R300 pet hour before booking. I liked the shower as well

Charging R300 an hour for the jacuzzi and there was no information about that on their Guide book..The pools needs cleaning. No towels in the rooms.

The TV was not playing, the remote did not have batteries, We asked for them the following day and when we got the batteries still the remote didn't work , we were sharing a shower with other people on the other room and the door to the shower did not have a key so that means we could walk in on peope or they could walk in while we were taking a shower! There was no bin to throw rubbish and we were not happy with the towels, one was written "Happy valentines day", On the website we were shown that we were gonna get robes,sleepers and toiletries but we never did and not forgetting that when we left we got calls from the place saying they can't find their remote.

i did not like their breakfast, i feel like they can do better, and also the fact that they had to maintain their facility (painting) during the guests was a bit off for me.

they have the best garden, and the place is close to most of the essential facilities. The staff was so welcoming. Their sound was lit as well, it made our staycation more fun.it is a place to be.

The breakfast was horrible,the bread was stale,we did not have options and the portions were small. The bed was too low and uncomfortable.There was no hand soap in the toilet. No option of a fan when it's hot in the room.

Maintenance is too poor,they clean at a request, they've got no bathing soap, only have 2 large towels, the view outside my room was untidy the wall is not plastered or painted and they stored rooftile behind the rooms, they don't even have tea station in their room.

No proper cleaning of rooms. Linens were never changed in the 5 days we stayed. So we used same white linen for the whole stay
