The speedy open and immediate close of it gave me a sense of safety. Their parking is classic, tiled and very well kept. I received a royal welcome, check in was quick and efficient. Book Deluxe King suite or pay a little more for upgrade to it. Definitely recommended.

We couldn’t log into the Hotel’s Netflix (for entertainment purposes) had to use our own logins and honestly the air air conditioning unit wasn’t effect enough to perform at its optimum.

The room was dirty. Very dirty. The sheets the floor the stove the carpets the kettle, everything. Had to request a spring clean and asked for the carpets to be removed. I even searched for alternative accommodation but found none at such short notice. Everything advertised about the place is a lie. There wasn't even any cups to make a cup of coffee. All the appliances including tv have small 2 pin plugs but all the sockets are 3 pin, and there are no adaptors provided. Therefore you can't even watch TV. The breakfast layout is vomit inducing. Rotting fruit offered with stale cereal and milk that is gone off. Entrance to the "hotel" is via a security controlled gate, and I had to wait up to 15 minutes for someone to open the gate. Very easy to get hijacked there. The outdoor play area/breakfast are was a disaster. I simply have no words to describe what was absolute horror this place is. 4 star? Who rated these people? I would be amazed they could accomplish a 1 star. Avoid this place like the plague.

We certainly were not the usual clientele that the hotel attracts. It was our fault. We should have considered the hotel more carefully before making the booking. The ceiling collapsing in the public areas of the hotel didn't help the experience. The staff were not friendly and didn't engage with us to make our stay more enjoyable.

The hotel was clean. That was possibly the only thing that we enjoyed. While there were a couple of defects in the room the room was acceptable, although the style and decorations weren't to our taste.

However, there's room for improvement: •⁠ ⁠Upgrading showerheads and water pressure would enhance the experience. • Consider replacing firm pillows with softer alternatives to ensure optimal sleeping comfort for guests •⁠ ⁠Breakfast options fell short; despite requesting plain food, the chef repeatedly added spice. Although, they eventually accommodated my requests. • In my recent stay, I encountered an issue with the WiFi, which was unavailable for several hours without prior notification. Although it was restored the next day, I suggest that management consider informing guests of such disruptions in advance. Despite this, the WiFi eventually returned to full strength, and I appreciated the resolution Overall, with some refinements, this establishment has great potential.

I loved the check in, was quite quick and efficient. My Room was clean, with a big work desk which allowed me to work. I loved the omlette although they don't offer bread with it, found a bit strange. But the place is good, private and safe location close to Montecasino.

EVERYTHING! That place should not be in business. They allow people to sleep in rooms that feel claustrophobic, no ventilation, clearly still under construction. No privacy for the bathroom area as it is made of glass wall, when one showers the waters spills over the whole floor, unlabelled lotion,showe gel and shampoo. So it is more of a guessing game on which one is a shampoo and which one is the shower gel. The was a party the night before so we woke up to an extremely dirty dining/breaking area, dustbins full of last night festivities bottles, floor dirty and receptionist attempting to sweep while we wait for the breakfast that never arrived. It is NOT worth the money at All!

We had to wait 45 min for the breakfast that never even came as the kitchen staff came in late. Could not even get morning coffee as our room did not even have the simple expected things such as coffee,kettle and etc. It was appalling service and WOULD NOT recommend it to ANYONE!

The rooms are small, made of cupboard. Inside it looks like it was a big warehouse or something and then they built the rooms out of cupboard. Some of the floor tiles by the stairs fell off. The rooms are extremely tiny, when I booked I had booked a King Studio with a couch inside, the room I saw was totally different and very tiny. I did not even stay after I saw the room. I would not recommend it and go back there. Also, I requested to pay at the property but money went off my card as I was at reception. Which was odd because that has never happened to me before with any other property

Oh man this place is stunning. Legit made for lovers. Do yourself a favour and go. Very fancy, the staff was amazing. Breakfast was great. What a lovely place. The pool. OMG.
