We loved our stay at Patcham place! the rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was fantastic! Karel was a wonderful host, and went out of his way to prepare a delicious vegan breakfast for my sister and I. his beautiful, friendly and gentle dog was another highlight - what a sweetie, we loved giving him cuddles. Thank you Karel, we can’t wait to visit again!

Furniture has seen better days... Doors do not close properly in the room. Water in the shower does not run off properly.

Very nice location: central and safe. Parking is available in front of the accommodation. Breakfast is included and delicious. Staff is nice and accommodaring.

Nothing! Everything was to our satisfaction! Water in shower does take some time to run out; but it is nothing major to complain about.

The room was well appointed; very comfortable; very clean; an added bonus is a small kitchen; well equipped with all amenities; including fresh milk in the refrigerator with a doilie on top! This was so special. We appreciated the complimentary sherry and chocolate; this was a nice surprise! The bathroom is well equipped; with a bath and shower; nice heating lights and a fan. There is a little balcony adjoining the room; giving guests the opportunity to absorb the peace and quiet. This is an awesome experience. The breakfast was delicious; prepared to our request and presented beautifully. Our stay was very satisfying; we will definitely visit again. I will recommend Patcham Place as one of the best venues to book at; if you are visiting Clarens.

We have no complaints at all.

We loved our stay at this charming facility. The main area of the town is within walking distance, as is the Clarens Nature Reserve. The rooms are very well appointed with a lot of attention to detail. The breakfast options are extensive and the cooked breakfasts very well prepared. The balconies overlook a tranquil garden with extensive bird life and wonderful views. Our hosts were very helpful and the bonus was a beautiful Weimaraner named Harley who kept us company at breakfast every morning!

The place was really a very nice surprise. They really pay attention to detail. From the room to the communication, the staff are excellent. Make sure you get the pork sausage at breakfast if that's your thing. Delicious! The pigs are a lot better in the FS. The only downside was due to no fault of Patcham Place. 'Party, urhmmm Picnic in the North' was being held. I hate loud banging music and it could be heard in every crevice on Saturday. Really ruined what would have been a perfect weekend were it not for the shi@#y, headache inducing music.

The good food, great gin and comfy room. Didn't drive the whole time we were there. It's so close to everything you can walk.

Location was perfect, can walk to shops and restaurants! View is spectacular! Accomodation very comfortable and exceptionally clean! All the little extras like sherry, bottled waters and chocolates were appreciated!! Highly recommended!!!
