South AfricaTake precautions of the rubber mat in the Shower area….it is very dangerous and slippery😭 An additional of two chairs in the room will be appreciated.
The place was clean, staff was friendly and service was best, it was quiet and nice at the time we arrived and we had peaceful sleep. I loved the fact that there was an ironing board and iron in the room. 👌

South AfricaThere's a bit of a stench coming from the toilet, and I wish the toilet was a complete room that is separate from the bedroom. The ladies who clean there were not really friendly. My access card would not open after I came back from breakfast and when I wanted to ask them for help they just ignored me.
The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was to die for and the beds were really comfy. I also loved the world cup set up downstairs.

Swimming pool, the moobar, the fact that they have solar during loadshedding, they also have an ironing board and iron which came in handy for my trip. The breakfast was also lovely they have a large menu to be honest.

South AfricaThe room was smelling cigarette smoke. I am asthmatic, so I had to leave the room with windows opened for a while. That gave me time to walk around and view the entire place, though I was very tired, I couldn't stand the cigarette smell.
It's location is excellent and the convenience of having a restaurant and a bar within the premises is good. They have a backup, which made the loadshedding hours to be bearable, we were never out of lights. I liked the bath & shower in one room. I relaxed and that's all that I needed.

South AfricaRoom is/was small, no fridge & microwave, guests will always want to have some drinks and snacking privately. shower door was leaking and causing daily floor mess. PLEASE educate your kitchen/serving staff at breakfast that they are not doing us(guests) a favour with their moody attitude and overall (some) dont look neat to be serving guests. Was amazed to be told there was no room service, how awkward! Breakfast was served cold and the omelette need some upgrading...ie mushrooms, peppers,chillies etc
