Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaThe fact that access gates are locked after 23h00, so our 900m distance from the event venue (BOMA restaurant) became 3 Km to the accommodation. The signages giving proper directions to the opened access gate was put in 4th gate which was frustrating. We had to drive to Douglas Scholtz Street to access Dwyka. The times of closing certain access gates should be clearly communicated in the property rules.
Caretaker is eager to serve, and quick to iron out any misunderstandings. The breakfast was delicious.

The electric gate was a problem also and I thought that I thought that i might miss my 09:00 appointment on 29 Feb 2024 as a rsult of challenges experience with the gate as a rsult of loadshedding.

I loved the pool and that our room had everything we needed. I also loved the fact that our room had a door to the outside so if we too lazy to go with the other door which had steps. The staff there was amazing and they made me feel at home
