Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaUnfortunately it wasn't a good stay. The aircons never worked. We asked for ice and was told the machine was not working, so we must drive out and get our own. Then the uber service at hotel refused to assist us. The telephone in the room didn't work so we had to constantly walk to reception. Food at restaurant foe breakfast was terrible.

South AfricaI didn't like that on our arrival the reception service was not great as a result, we were not informed about the service that the hotel offer, things like how and where to book for the spa treatment and also, we were not given even Wi-Fi password. because of that service I received I couldn't even query regards to the room upgrade as I have booked for room with a Lake view, and it was confirmed but we were not given that room upgrade.
beautifully place well, clean and big rooms with elegant decor style, nice breakfast with a friendly staff at the restaurants. rooms were super clean and comfort beds. Dinner and breakfast were nice and well prepared.

South AfricaThe hotel was dirty , The doors, the carpet, bathroom , shower door, floors in the bathroom and the mirror. the curtains were dirty. i tried to adjust the shower head so the water can come out properly and the top of the head had nasty residue. They keep stuff to make team but no kettle. This was not value for money at all.I wanted to take more picture but i was just defeated. I will not be staying here ever again.

Early check in was acknoweledged, however, neither the room requested was availabe or ready upond arrrivle. Request for late check out was neither acknowledged or respoded to.
