Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nothing, immediately when we arrived our car was damaged by the property of east stay we asked the manager to assist us and he bluntly told us that he will not get involved. We should figure it out ourselves. The staff told us that our car was not the first car to get damaged however they have never done anything about their gate.

South AfricaThe shower has a water leak that spreads to the carpet and into the bedroom. My partner often has to mop up the water from the floor. Additionally, the breakfast area is overly crowded, and sitting next to strangers during breakfast is quite uncomfortable.
