The room I got was smelling of smoke, the swimming pool was dirty and I struggled to get an iron in the morning

There is no one at the bar it closes a bit early and no room service for the bar and the room air conditioner wasn’t working properly.

Breakfast was fine but it can be improved with more options in terms of the menu and there could also make available for eggs to be prepared on specific request

Came back with a sore back because of the poor state of the bed There are no potters to assist with the luggage when checking in and out.

The breakfast needs to be enhanced. Scramble eggs and bacon every day NO. Buy another coffee machine,we have to queued everytime wr want rooibos tea,cafelatte etc. The cleaners took our towels and were left with only one,no shower towel at all. Wr requested more sugar sachets they were brough 20 minutes later. Was traveling with 2 teenage girls,their neighbor was having sex,,from the noise i heard when i came to fetch my phone cable in my kids room The noise the woman was making was not appropriate for my kids😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😳😳😳😳

I loved everything about the place.

The breakfast was amazing. Very appetizing. Our room was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend it to anyone around Rustenburg area. It's convenient and there's everything you need surrounding the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

The beds are uncormfotable, breakfast can do with a few additions like adding fried eggs per request, perhaps fried mushroom and or onions, it was just too dry. There is no space to enjoy a glass of wine outside the room, also limited alcohol served. Chilling in the pool in the evening was not allowed which forced us to leave the premise everyday after breakfast

That there was no bar fridge and microwave, each time I wanted to warm my food later in the day had to go down to the kitchen to ask staff to warm food for us.

Breakfast was okay just didn't like the eggs and the beans, wish there was a variety of to choose from. I would've like to have my eggs the way i like em.

There is nothing honestly i did not like. I liked everything including the service from the Hotel staff and the Hotel on its own.

The Hotel was very beautiful, inside and outside. It is very convenient to those who did not opt for dinner. The breakfast was very tasty, and most importantly there was no disturbance.

Not well maintained as room bolt was broken. The hotel only has an intercom and not phone. I couldn’t however phone reception- had to call using my mobile phone. For the price we pay, very little offering.

Friday (checkin day) •No hot water on the day of checkin. •Only one set of towels. •Shower leaked water and draining system not very good. •Aircon system froze at night and light stayed on all night, lighting up the room and no user guide. Saturday •3-4:30am in the morning our sleep was interupted by intoxicated guests being very loud in the hallway. Sunday (Check-out day) •Aircon system wasnt working.

Had to use cups to drink juice as there was not enough glasses during breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent except that some of the food finished quickly but I don't complain as there were lots of kids during our stay
