Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaBeing provided with only one blanket despite the fact that there are two separate beds inside each room. When you ask for a second blanket they gladly provide it but I feel it's unnecessary to have to ask for the second bed's blanket each time.
The staff was very friendly and helpful from the time I checked in. I had a late check-out due to unforeseen circumstances and I still received the same level of friendliness as the one I received during check-in.

South AfricaWhere do I start? The rooms are the size of a die, it was literally a couple of beds and a regular(not smart) TV with 7 channels, that's it. Most of the staff was rude and the security kept following our in's and out's like we're a bunch of common theives. The room wasn't completely clean even after it was cleaned, which only happened at noon. I won't be booking there again and I wouldn't recommend Sun1 Kimberley to my worst enemy.
