There really wasn't anything that we didn't like.

It was a really relaxing and tranquil stay, the owners are very friendly and very helpful. The place itself was really nice there are very relaxing areas to relax in and just take in the scenery. It's really close to a beautiful beach. And in walking distance of a shop and 5 min drive from bigger shops. We really enjoyed our stay, and this is another destination I will return to and recommend.

The only complaint I have is that with goblin creek been such a quiet restful place the housekeeping ladies should learn to be a little more quieter

Goblins creek is a great place to relax and unwind . It is situated at a end of a street so nice and peaceful. The hostess made you feel more than welcome and made sure your stay is perfect

The cereals were a great treat, generously provided, bed is comfortable we liked the height even, the effort made to make the room private infront of the external door, nice environment in the yard, the humility of the owners to even share the same kitchen with guests, Lilian is a wonderful host, friendly and a great communicator.

The owner was very hospitable and also very accommodating and also was sweet enough to set the room up in a romantic way as it was our anniversary. Great place and bed was very comfortable. Loved the fireplace which added to the romantic setting.

It is like a little zoo, in the morning owner showed me around the gardens and rich nature. Mangoose, various birds and more. Location is great, few minutes walk to quiet beach . Lounge space and bedroom furnitures made me feel as if I were visiting British country cottages.

We couldn't quite believe how idyllic Goblin's Creek was, luxurious and delightful and yet so affordable! Charming house, we occupied two double rooms inside the main building, both with beautiful claw baths, huge four poster beds and roaring fire-places. Our host still greeted us warmly despite us arriving quite late at night and even showed us a few of the tame animals that live in the garden, including a Steenbok, a Blue Crane a mongoose named Golem. Lovely large shared kitchen area with everything you could need. We didn't make use of the lounge but our rooms had little patios with a koi pond for one room and daybed on the other. My only regret was that we were working and so didn't have long enough to relax here. The rooms were even serviced daily. Thanks for the lovely stay, we will definitely be back!.

That there's no TV. Sometimes a getaway for couples includes getting the chance to watch your favorite shows together or a movie. Somethings not quite right with the sewerage/draining system, there was a smell that disappeared once I placed the plugs in, in the tub and basin. That could also explain the cockroaches I saw at night, that wasn't nice. Beds are too high

The rooms are nice and private. Hot tub was excellent. As well as the bath inside. Fully equipped communal kitchen and the hosts were friendly, we were well received.

I paid to upgrade to a room with a fireplace, put pool, bath and hot tub. When we arrived they informed us that the room with all of the above features wad already occupied so we were forced to choose which features we would prefer as no room was available with all of the above. We still paid in full upfront for the upgrade which they didn't refund and upon arrival they wanted to charge us another r265.00 for undisclosed reasons. Room key went missing and we were charged a further R500 to replace it as they claimed that they would need to drive to town to get a copy made but had "no spare"

The volume of the music in the living room and the front door bell that rang in the reception area. It should only ring in the staff accommodation and not wake up the other guests.

The directions to the accommodation were clear and well communicated.
