Our only complaint is how close the tents are to the road. Their are big, loud trucks traveling through the night so we found it difficult to sleep. If you are a light sleeper maybe opt for the chalet and not the tent 😊

We stayed in the tent and it was a great experience! The jacuuzi was clean and lovely and everything else was also very comfortable and clean! Leonard was amazing will helping us with anything and everything we needed!

The bed... And the couch is very uncomfortable. It was not as tranquil as I would have liked... Very noisy highway that can keep you up at night. Would have been ideal if the bed had a mosquito net... Thankful we had our peaceful sleep with me

The hot jacuzzi was the cherry on the top. The house keeping service daily was so so awesome. Ticked the leisure and relaxation part of my holiday off.

One of the air conditioning units leaked during the night at 5am and woke one of our group up, so it would be important to fix that.

We had selected this place because it looked really nice as a stop on the way back south. It was easy to find off the main road, and we really appreciated the late check-in option. The cottage itself was very nice. It was well kept and secure, and the shower was nice. The beds were very comfortable, so perfect for our needs after a long drive. Our check-in was very smooth and we appreciated the manager being on site to let us in. Security also did an excellent job at the gate.

I think.a couple of things need to be taken care of....as a self catering accommodation the staff members need to check that the unit is fully equipped # enough 🥣 bowls for storing food.... WiFi was 90% of the time off during our stay... .the bed was uncomfortable #2 twin beds without a comfortable matras......give more effort to proper cleaning #the kitchen cabinet doors need more attention....stating that you provide coffee /sugar& tea only to be welcomed by empty storing containers is misleading for a 4 star rated Lodge.

It's a beautiful place to be....,we really enjoyed the serenity and tranquility......the outdoor jacuzzi was a bonus.

Our stay was beautiful until we got white neighbors who thought we came to stay for free, they complained about my three year old being noisy & the manager kept on calling us disrupting our stay, when we booked the place we specifically mentioned that we are bringing kids along, If they had problems with kids they were supposed to tell us before making a booking or maybe Tranquil nest is for white people only??

It is normal to have bugs around because you are in the forest but people who are scared of nature, must be cautious.

Porch and jakuzi are very nice details and room is spacious.

The are few things that needs attention like the lawn and grass around needs a good care they need to cut and trim the trees. Most of all they need to arrange great activities for the guests. Make promotion packages that includes activities. Must also change their mattress at least once a year for more comfort.

The Staff is wonderful, the guest house is clean. The is wild life roaming around which is absolutely gorgeous.

Furniture run down and if you stay 3 nights plus the amenities in the kitchen could be better. The noise of the R40 during the night if you are a light sleeper like me.

Shower very flimsy and glass shelf was loose so nowhere to put anything and small basin in a big space. Inadequate lighting in kitchen and poorly stocked for the price paid. Very little cutlery and glassware all mismatched. Puny wine glasses. No champagne glasses or containers for left over food (this is glamping right?) Although we had a well positioned tent could still hear road noise and noisy neighbour's but Edwil was quick to respond which was great. Cheap patio furniture - could be a proper wooden set with nice thick cushions. Cupboard in tent for clothing also very flimsy. Aircon very weak so we struggled on hot days or evenings. A fan would have helped. A proper fridge was expected not the small one with inadequate storage. Pool area could definitely do with some tree trimming to let more sunlight in and make it more inviting by adding chairs/tables/cushions/loungers. It was an extremely outdated and uninviting area which we would have loved to have used more.
