Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was okay that you could order breakfast and they could prepare what I like . It was few people which meant quicker Turn Around Time was expected however staff members were few and were expected to multitask.

South AfricaThe spa pricing on the website was incorrect and we received a higher quoted price for a couples package after making the booking. This issue could not be resolved timely and we had to cancel on the morning of the booking. Due process must be followed to ensure that pricing on the website is consistent with the actual price charged, as this can be perceived as false advertising.
Spacious comfy rooms with all the amenities you need. Restaurant and room service food was amazing. Staff were friendly, attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Gardens and pool were clean and well maintained. Definitely a 10/10 destination and I will definitely recommend and return.
