The only thing I did not like was that my stay was too short, I should have booked for a longer period 😂. The place is amazing.

The Spa was a whole different experience, the restaurant had an ambiance beyond the Johannesburg atmosphere, the Hotel was and hospitality as a whole was awesome.

For both the two days we stayed there we bathed with cold water in the mornings - there was no hot water We ate breakfast at the hotel, we had to ask almost everything from the waiters. The first morning the waiter who saved so well, the second morning we had to ask almost everything.

The environment is good, the staff is welcoming. We arrived a bit late and the lady by the reception was very welcoming and helped so well with everything including taking our bags to the room. The rooms were clean.

Exceptional staff and exceptional facilities! Their service is impeccable! One gentleman at the reception helped me make a last minute spa booking despite them having a heavy agenda. Not encouraging they work beyond their capacity but really appreciated their efforts in going above and beyond expectations for their guests. Breakfast was also splendid! So much variety as we had a breakfast included option. Only the muesli, cereal, yoghurts and pastries were on buffet but eggs and any other option were ordered and served with so much love. Presentation of the served dishes was beautiful!

Amazing place,amazing staff all around.We had so much great time.I will recomend it for couple retreat.Food 10/10.Service10/10.Room 10/10 very very specious clean & fresh.Spa service was excellent,we truly enjoyed out time at the spa.This place its just amazing,truly is an elegant escape.

Our expectations were greatly exceeded! Had brought my husband for his birthday and can't stop complimenting the wonderful experience we had during our 2nights stay. The rooms were really cozy and comfortable with modern furniture. We had all our meals at Brambles restaurant - food was divine, dining ambience is top notch and staff was incredibly friendly. Our Spa treatment was also another great highlight of the weekend🤗!!!

The wonderful staff make the stay extremely pleasant. The rooms are extremely clean and amazing sheets. The property itself extremely relaxing doesn't seem like it's in the middle of the city.

The music coming from the pool area and the restaurant was a bit loud. Had hoped it was quieter and tranquil but did not quite get that. can understand it being a little louder on the weekends when other patrons are there but this was pretty much all the time. it took away from what would have been a beautiful relaxing stay.

The food to me was a-bit lacking. Lunch we had steak & chips, the sauces that accompanied the steak I didn’t like at all. Dinner we had seafood, not a lot of seasoning & again the sauces not too great. I will give it a 7 out of 10. Swimming pool closes at 19h00 - not sure why.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are great! It is very peaceful & tranquil.

It would have been great to have outdoor lighting as you walk from reception to the rooms.

Location is awesome , the food amazing..the staff super friendly and will go the extra mile for you . It was a last minute booking but they moved mountains to accommodate our needs. The Spa was excellent....this was a real breathe of fresh air and was value for money.
