I arrived an hour after my supposed arrival time and my room was not ready for check in.had to wait

I had a great stay all was perfect. However they failed to provision for an early breakfast besides me notifying them the previous night.

Breakfast serves the purpose but it was cold!! Staff could ensure food is brought out of the kitchen hot into the warmers and keep the burners going to avoid the food from getting cold. The staff should also top up food rather than wait to be asked by customers. Please consider changjng the hallway carpets!!

Location is great. Not far from the town centre, airport and other attractions! Hot water available despite the load-shedding.

Very little I don't like about the place. Guess the pool could be cleaner.

It's a lovely place to stay. Clean, comfortable, friendly, hospitable and walking distance to where I need to be. The food is nice - esp. the steak. Sophie is a gem - so helpful. As are most of the staff. I love the pool area to just sit and relax, read, have meetings and work. It has become my "go-to" hotel in Lusaka.

One of the storage closet doors was broken, it needs to be fixed.

Kids loved the sumptuous breakfast! Reception staff were also very helpful in giving directions to amenities such as the pool and gave me rooms that were a bit removed from other guests so that my children would not make noise for them.

The wifi is extremely slow however you will be able to send a few emails if you are traveling for work.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They want to make your stay a good experience. The food was delicious, and the pool area makes you feel like you can kick back and relax. The staff at the front desk greets you with a smile every time and goes through the effort of checking in on how you're doing.

The restaurant area is subjected to completely awful canned music at loud volume which they will not turn down. Also, for some reason the Chinese owners of a neighbouring building have installed multi-coloured flashing LED lights (in a country with serious power problems) which are highly intrusive and unnecessary all through the night so try and avoid being given a room facing the back.

Nice new hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, very pleasant and friendly staff. Restaurant and bar on site with varied menu, and a few minutes walk to the mall with shops and restaurants. The generator kicks in quickly when the power goes out which is good (and frequent), and wifi works well. Good breakfast included.

The hotel should consider replacing the carpets in the hallways

The food was good, fresh and not overly processed. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were clean and well furnished.

The hallway doors have a raised bottom lip that can easily trip someone and therefore not very safe. The carpets in the hallways were not looking very clean. The bed mattress felt a bit aged.

The bathroom smelled somewhat of poor drainage, and the first floor was noisy due to proximity to the restaurant and lobby.

Everything was okay besides mosquitos in our room

The breakfast when it came to meat products like sausages and liver they were a bit dry, otherwise everything else was good.
