Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ZimbabweThe bathroom tiles are not clean and I spotted a cockroach on the bathroom walls. The bed was too hard. The duvet was too warm for the hot weather. The staff at the Reception desk not very helpful. The restaurant staff not friendly and are slow. I waited in the restaurant for 1 and a half hours to be served dinner.
I liked one particular guy by the entrance who was very helpful with taxi information on shopping malls. His name is John.

FinlandExcellent location on Cairo Road, the busiest area in Lusaka. Staff were friendly. The room was spacious. It's just the perfect place to stay in Lusaka. Even has a small gym to keep your work out cycle going.

United KingdomStaff was pleasant and always smiley but we would have appreciated some more information about local transport eg buses (times etc).
The hotel was ok, comfortable and good enough for a short stay. Conveniently located near the main bus station. The room was quite big, clean and even had an iron and ironing board. I was extra happy with the shower cap provided. Food was good.
