The decor (carpets, lights, furnishings etc) was very 1990's and garish (see pictures), hotel from outside doesn't look modern or inviting, not a hotel winning any architectural or style awards, the hotel caters for day conference attendees and has many conferences held here (we had no issues with service (in bar or breakfast)) with the large amount of guests on the premises (you may just really see /pass guests in hallway, not noisy)

Value for money ($264 AUD p/n), clean, comfortable room, fridge, large TV, aircon in room, tea/coffee facilities. Was offered a late check out (2pm for $20 USD special offer) and airport transfer pickup and drop off ($50 USD one way (30 mins) in comfortable hotel logo mini van with wifi, staff with signage and on time!). Chuma Grill - Breakfast buffet was extensive, good quality (western and local food options), plenty of seating, bar serving cold beer and great light snacks. 10 min walk across the road (under highway pass) to Indian or Thai restaurant and Cafe for a change, plus East Park Mall, walked around neighbourhood was safe during the day and 25 mins to Manda Hill Mall, with The Corner Cafe only 10 mins walk. Good security at hotel, plenty of parking. The hotel is reliable - this is very important as a traveler / visitor. Stayed at Latitude 15 after safari trip and would rate this hotel 2/10.

Rooms a little dark especially over the work area. Poor selection of TV channels. Too much football and no rugby, cricket CNN and only two movie channels.

This was a really nice experience with Radisson Blue in Lusaka. Very big, quiet and spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms. Wonderfully diverse and healthy options for breakfast and the hotel even gave us a late check-out for free. Highly appreciated.

The checkin… a ‘group’ had arrived before us… it would be a suggestion to have two checkin kiosks handle the convention ‘group’ and allow the third kiosk to checkin other paying patrons… it did not seem fair to make others wait while an entire group is checked in using up all three kiosks….

The breakfast was very good and an employee went out of her way to get us the smoked salmon that was on the menu card…

Only problem was there was no refridgerator in my business room and one of the workers had promised for it to be delivered the next day but nothing came. I however enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back
