The only thing was the ceiling fan had a light connected to it which was very bright and kept going on in the middle of the night and waking me up. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs or get one of the deluxe rooms which are not facing the main road.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the N1 Hotel Rotten Row in Harare, and I was impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around and explore the local area. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I required, including a comfortable bed, fan, hot water, and a flat-screen TV. One of the things that really stood out to me was the hotel's security. As a solo traveler, I often worry about safety, but the N1 Hotel Rotten Row had 24-hour security on site, which made me feel much more at ease. The room was facing the main road so the noise was very bad. They need to consider sound blockers.

It’s not cheap. Then again, accommodation in Harare is relatively expensive on average. Breakfast is not included in the prize and there is also no “special hotel guest deal” to have breakfast next door (at Haefelis). The Haefelis next door is a 5 second walk so that’s nice. They serve breakfast, coffee, donuts and such.

Comfortable rooms. Good beds and pillows. Neat bathrooms. Overall everything is pretty stylish and modern. All the staff were friendly and helpful. As for location, the location is good if you like to be close to the city center. Personally, I like this N1 Hotel better than the other N1 Hotel in the same street.
