Staff of the hotel was extremely helpful and we felt welcomed all throughout our stay. Anything you asked for was met by the staff and with a smile. We really liked the design of the hotel, gave us a true "old New York" experience. Hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and bars, plenty options to choose from.

Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo Village er staðsett aðeins 1 húsaröð frá Houston Street-neðanjarðarlestarstöðinni. I initially booked this hotel from another app, using some bonus points, and because I had such a comfy room, I extended through booking for another night. Great location, clean room, comfy bed, quick and reliable wifi. I would like to praise Jain ( or Jan don't remember the spelling now ) from the front desk, for going above and beyond especially for allowing me to stay at the same room when I decided to extend my stay ( although another guy had told me no the previous night ) and also for letting me have a late checkout for free until 14.00 I also had the Empire state building room view, which was an amazing way of waking up.

Super comfy beds. Big rooms. Fantastic having the cafe and roof top bar. Staff were so lovely and helpful. The area was quiet and away from the madness of the tourist areas but still easy to get around town. Highly recommend
