The staff went out of their way to look after us. They were incredibly friendly and helped us manage multiple allergies. The beds were comfy and the room was spotlessly clean. It's a beautiful building and very stylishingly decorated.

The apartement was nice. The additional bed was too short. Perfect location for skiing. The breakfast was delicious but quite expensive. Dorfgastein is small, but still has 3 fast car chargers.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
It's a self-catering flat, I bought my food at the Spar for breakfast and prepare me a meal. Everything I needed was provided. Excellent WiFi connection. Impeccable clean. Excellent communication with the host when required. Private car park available nearby, actually in front of the house.
We had one buffet breakfast, with freshly boiled eggs, cheese/charcuteries, fresh buns and sweet spreads, and cereals. Fresh coffee from the espresso machine - a definite plus!
Most of the week we had self-catering breakfast, a lot less glamorous, but budget-friendly.
The hotel also has its own swimming pool, which is used with enthusiasm by children and young people, and calm rest areas. The whole building has recently been refurbished and updated, and provides a lovely, homely feel.
It’s an apartment hotel so it came with kitchen and appliances. 10-15 mins walk to ski lift although bus station is available just 3-4 mins walk down the hotel. Besides the owner is really friendly and kind.
No breakfast provided.
We shopped for our own, as this was a self-catering.
Guest house was in walking distance to the ski hire shop and ski lift, the local Spar and good restuarants.
