Hotel has a great location in central Kössen with many cafeterias and restaurants close by. Room was spacious, kitchenette well-equipped & the wellness area fantastic. Owners and staff were all welcoming and charming people. Highly recommended. Hope to get back here again at some point.

This is an absolutely fantastic place, offering a warm welcome, a cozy atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always available via WhatsApp, yet they respect your privacy and maintain a discreet presence in the best possible way.
Our room had a stunning mountain view (we could even spot the guesthouse from the cable car!) and was fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and more.
The common area outside the room is thoughtfully equipped with toys, table games, and sports accessories, making it a great space for both relaxation and entertainment. And the sauna—both dry and wet—is simply outstanding!
The location is also perfect—just a short 5-10 minute drive to the main ski lift, Hartkaiserbahn.
We had an amazing experience and highly recommend this place. We truly hope to return next year!

This is an amaxing hotel that is more on luxury end. We got an upgrade upon arrival and we could really enjoy our apartment to the fullest. We had plenty of space. This place allows you to relive your Austrian luxury ski trip fantasy and it is all you could think of. The hotel is very cozy, beautiful and extremely comfortable. I can recommend ot to people who are ok with higher prices and are looking for luxury options.
