We were greeted by a nice receptionist, who gave us all the necessary info. The property was located right at the center of Neustift, with grocery stores, ski equipement rentals, sport stores, 2 or 3 restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean, very nice, fully equipped, perfect. As for the hotel area, which is about 3 minute walk from the apartment, they served excellent breakfast and the restaurant area was very nice and cozy. We didn't try dinner at the hotel, but I assume it would be very good too. Wellness and saunas area was also very nice. There were fruits & snacks available to fill up your energy after taking sauna. There is a beautiful relaxing room with a view on the garden and we could also enjoy resting outside, in the garden. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartments & the hotel.

The atmosphere is very cosy and pleasant, ideal for families. Nice big rooms with great views. Breakfast is very good, the personnel is happy to serve even the most demanding guests. The accommodation has ski storage and a very nice spa area, with a small swimming pool. The owners are extremely helpful with information and guidance, and make sure you get the right tips for a perfect ski holiday.

Stayed in relatively big and very clean apartment with comfy beds and beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment was in a quiet area (about 25 minutes walk to the city center). There was a good parking lot nearby at a reasonable price.

The apartment were pretty well equipped. In addition to that there was pad coffee machine. The bed linens were clean and white. There was balcony. We didn't use it, but it is comfortable for people who are smoking.
