Starting from the very beginning, the property owner checked in on us to make sure we were okay when she saw that we were arriving beyond the selected check in time. Once we arrived, there was a garage inside with around 10 car spaces. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. We were kindly upgraded for free to a very spacious apartment with the best view. The hotel caters for everyone (including kids - there is a playground). It is such a peaceful, serene place - from the breakfast room, to our own room, to the pool area, the bbq area. Do not miss out on cooking your own food and eating it by the fire under the stars whilst watching the nearby villages’ flickering lights at nighttime. It is a UNIQUE experience. Would return in a heartbeat.

The property is situated up on a hill outside of town. It’s a nice quiet spot. Bathrooms are nicely renovated with heated towels. We had everything we needed.
Apart Hotel Garni Strasser is located in Zell am Ziller, just 1 km from the Zillertal Arena ski resort. A sauna, steam bath and relaxation area are provided.

Spotlessly clean. Nice staff. Quite nice breakfast (but as an extra that was rather expensive. Only 200m from the ski bus stop.
Surrounded by the scenic mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps, the family-run Apparthotel Talhof, Restaurant, Pool und Spa enjoys a quiet location on the Roggenboden plateau in the Wildschönau Valley.

You can find anything you need and it has a great location and view! The staff is very nice and the kitchen is great.
Meerberg is located in the centre of the Tyrolean town of Pertisau, 550 metres from Lake Achen. It provides free Wi-Fi, a garden and balconies in all rooms. Meerberg serves a rich breakfast buffet.

Our stay in this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The host (Manni) made us feel so welcome from before we even arrived, with prompt replies to messages we sent. He quickly showed us the equipment we could either hire (at a very reasonable cost) such as e-mountain bikes, or borrow for free (e-scooters and paddle boards). We wanted to try lots of things so this was perfect for us! The room was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony with stunning views! There was a coffee machine and breakfast items which could be purchased at a reasonable cost, and a communal lounge area where other drinks etc could be purchased and games could be enjoyed. It was my birthday while we stayed and Manni gave me an Austrian prosecco and wished me a happy birthday which was a lovely touch. We were really sad to leave here and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

High standard, clean, modern and extremely comfortable accomodation. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washer and dryer. Underground garage. Storage room for the skis and boots with the heater in each one makes it perfectly comfortable. As an addition the access is fully automated so you are very independent. We had a fantastic week here – loved the luxury feel, coffee machine, massage chair, and all the latest equipment. Super clean, well-equipped, and keyless entry made everything so easy. Mattress in the main room was a bit soft, but overall it was perfect. Would definitely stay again!
