First pillow! Only 2 low pillow in the room - i have a neck pain like hell! Cleaning! They clean rooms if u stay more than 8 days !!! This is horrible disgusting Towels? They said go to the 3 floor pick up new towels there WAS NO TOWELS ITS A CREEPY SCARY HOTEL NO STUFF NO BODY TO ASK OR REACH TO IN CASE OF ANYTHING! Not enough parking slots ! Bed mattress was so old and Horrible The bedside tables are sooooo small and u barely can place a mobile on them Was warm, the breakfast was boring No water in the rooms NO TISSUES IN THE ROOMS NEITHER IN THE COFFEE AREA AS IF IT WAS DIAMOND Not enough toilet papers The coffee machine makes awful coffee I will never repeat this again ! Terrible experience

Excellent service from all the reception desk staff, the check in process handled by the very friendly,Mr.Kimhork deserves a special mention for the amazing job he did to welcome us and making us feel at home.Daily cleaning provided by the house keeping was a big plus. All the important supermarket chains and buses just a few minutes walk away, and a fairly big mall right opposite the hotel.Just 15 minutes bus ride to the city center. Highly recommended hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay for all those looking for a perfect place to stay in Salzburg. A very big thanks to all the staff.
