Disappointed, the dishwasher was out of order, there were food scraps etc under neath the lounge cushions, the lounge need to be replaced unable to sit on it. Pleased with the firmness of the bed, good supply of kitchen utensils etc.

Great location. Whole building very dated and needs modernization. Bathroom had weird smell. Restaurant OK for soup at lunch. Grilled fish at dinner inedible.

The location for us was perfect because we wanted to visit the Port Arthur Historic Site which was absolutely amazing. There was nothing wrong with the unit we had which was a 3 bed studio. Glasses etc a little mis-matched but clean and perfectly usable. A large oven, fridge and dishwasher makes self catering easy. May seem a tad dated but for a few nights no problem for us. The bathroom was large. Everything was clean.

The property is the perfect location if you’re looking for either a caravan on site stay or in one of the self catering cabins. Easy drive through sites with two well maintained pads. Wildlife galore. Peaceful. Can be very windy on occasion and chilly but we were perfectly comfortable and cosy.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit. It was spacious and well equipped for self catering. The grounds were very nice, with an enclosed BBQ area, outdoor furniture and play equipment. The unit would be ideal for a family. Walk across the road and use the private access gate to Port Arthur. Views from the bedroom and lounge were great. On-site laundry was handy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
