Spotlessly clean. 1 minute walk (Literally) out the back door to the bowling club. Self-catering is always a bonus but we did not use as it was only a 2-night stay. Loved the table and chairs on the balcony to take in the beach view. Very friendly and helpful reception staff particularly when we received bad news the lady was exceptional in her kindness and attention. We have rebooked for December.
