The staff were lovely, the room was beautiful, very clean, everything was very clean, thanks to my booking.com level, we were able to get an INCREDIBLE deal.
However we chose this hotel due to the EV charging in the parking lot. But upon FINALLY finding the EV charging stations (not in the original car park) there were 2 other vehicles in the free spaces, not EV vehicles. And the other charging bays were taken up by laundry and old furniture. So we were unable to charge. It was quite unfortunate because they were the reason we chose to stay there.
Parking spaces were also quite small and our car didn't fit properly.

Nice location between South Bank and the West End. The room was clean and had everything in it that was needed. No complaints.
I never went in the pool or even saw the gym so can't comment.
