It’s a home for old people where a few studios are rented to visitors. We liked the idea of having people of different ages staying, I think it’s nice for the residents too !
The studio is spacious, clean and quiet. The staff is very kind. A nice breakfast is included, and there’s a pool and gym (which we didn’t have time to use). It’s a bit away from the centre, but Locarno is not big and there’s a bus.

This guesthouse is very well designed and build. The room is lovely, bed is comfortable, shower great. With a small kitchenette that’s hot all you need.
Before you arrive from the north you drive through industrial parts but then in the last bit you’re suddenly in this cute little village!
The people are very nice. Nice checkin system with a code and lovely honesty shop downstairs. Very well recommended!
