The property was very clean which is extremely important to me. It was not a luxury property but was very nice and simple. The kitchen was perfect to make breakfast in the morning and the pool right outside our door was convenient. The property is walkable to the beach and all the outfits offering different excursions. Also, they had nice very firm beds which I’m a fan of.
Rooms & Pool Macaws is a recently renovated condo hotel in Uvita where guests can make the most of its outdoor swimming pool and garden.

It was an easy walk to the national park and good restaurants. We enjoy having the shared kitchen even though it likely contributed to the cockroach we found in our room. The a/c made the muggy nights comfy. Though the pool, also, helped.
The room was big. Unlike other hotels, this one had plenty of hooks and adequate outlets.
The hostess made the stay very easy. She even offered food to share in the community kitchen.

Beautifully decorated cottage with a screen covered huge patio. Great decor in rooms. Liked each bedroom having its own bathroom Easy walk -1 min- to citrus restaurant
Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Super friendly hosts and staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special. We watched scarlet macaws from our balcony and walked on the beautiful beach, 3 mins away, at sunset each day. What more could you want? Day trips to waterfalls and national park were amazing. Great self catering cabin, just one of two on site and a great restaurant always full due to the exceptional food.
