Xanadu is a great development with 12 apartments, and a shared pool and sun area. The apartments and facilities are spotless, and well maintained (and new as of 2021). We seriously had to choose between the beach and the pool!
Ravi and his team are super friendly and helpful and made us feel at home.
Xanadu is part of the Blue Bay resort, and by staying there you also get access to the semi-private beach area, including chairs and umbrellas.

The pool was wonderful! Owner Ed was very polite and always helped me with everything I needed! The location is great, 15 minutes from Punda/Otrobanda and easy access to the beaches of the North. The kitchen had complete equipment, everything you need.

Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Blue bay lodges are a series of nicely located and appointed small self-service apartments with a nearby (free) beach with lots of services and a lovely setting and beach location. It is really quiet, although, inside a big residential private area. It should be a prime location and vacation spot for golf lovers, as it has its own nicely appointed golf course.
