We booked a family room and it was very clean and big enough for a family of four(2 adults + 2 kids). Sofa bed was also bigger than expected.
Just 5 mins walk from U3 line station, easy access to the central Hamburg. Staff were all friendly during our stay:)

The property itself and the location in Hamburg could have been fine in principle. However, the exceptionally poor management by ARBIO made this an extremely stressful experience.
