The apartment was super comfy with full amenities and walking distance to city center and shopping and parking us no problem too. Although Apt. 10 had it's own kitchen and living area with TV, it also has a common big kitchen and living room plus a washing machine and clothes dryer too. It's owner Rene was prompt in responding to any request and queries too. An amazing experience overall.

Very comfortable and cosy accommodation. Easy to use door system with accessing the room. The bedroom was very stylishly decorated and the bed was wonderfully comfortable and I liked the comfort and the quality of the bed linen and the duvets. Definitely ensured a comfortable & very good night’s sleep.
The communal kitchen was very well presented, very luxe, high spec and had a lot of amenities to offer - both with air fryer, high tech oven and stove top. Had all you could need really. The minibar was located in the fridge in the kitchen, whilst we didn’t use the mini bar - we used the fridge for storing our food during our stay. The communal eating space and the lounge area was also very luxe and inviting.
The bathroom was also gorgeously decorated, newly renovated and with lots of nice touches in the interior design. The shower was very luxe and nice to use, and I enjoyed my showering experience in the spa-like surroundings. The bathroom was a communal bathroom shared between other rooms on the floor. This worked well during my stay, despite there not being any particular rules in terms of allocating bathroom time - I found that I didn’t encounter any issue with bathroom availability when I wanted to use the bathroom to shower, etc. So the other guests were considerate and cleaned up after themselves and kept the space tidy too.
