This property deserves more than 5 stars! The staff, location, facilities, and cleanliness are all top-notch. The bed was comfy, the apartment was very spacious, and the gym and pool were great. The kitchen was also functional with a large refrigerator to store our food.
We even got a one-hour late check-out, which was really helpful since our flight was later in the evening.
I would definitely come back and recommend this property if you're looking for spacious yet centrally located accommodation in Jakarta.

Overall satisfied with staying at Fraser Menteng. Have stayed there 3 times. However, when checking in on March 31st, the process was a bit long even though it was not crowded. The elevator had a problem (jammed) when we went up to the 9th floor after the check-in process. However, the condition returned to normal after we contacted the officer.

Had an amazing stay. The staff meticulously did their job, very friendly and very helpful. The room is very compact but very comfortable for a solo traveler like me. The location is also very close to the main attraction in the West area, and the transportation access is quite easy as there's a really close Transjakarta station around here.
