Our experience at Eternal Wave Apartments in Goa was far from what we were promised or expected. From the start, things were off — we were told we’d receive nine bottles of water daily, but not only did we not receive them, we were asked to personally contact the cleaning staff for water. On the last day, when we requested water as instructed, we were charged ₹500 for a few bottles — which was completely unreasonable and disappointing.
The housekeeping service was poor. Although staff came in daily, they never changed the bedsheets or towels throughout our stay. Worse, the towels were stained from the very first day and remained that way. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority.
Additionally, our balcony — which was part of the apartment and a feature we paid for — was constantly under maintenance. Every day there was some kind of work or noise going on, which meant we couldn’t even enjoy the space we looked forward to spending time in.
Overall, the service was unprofessional, and the stay was frustrating. This was not the standard we were promised, and I would not recommend this property to others.

It was a good stay. Accessing road was digged recently, getting inside the property is congested. Once you get into the room, it's well maintained. Spacious with 2 Balconies.
Rooms are neat and clean. For the price it's manageable.
