Good location for beaches, theme parks like Mirabilandia. Rooms very spacious and modern with very good wi-fi. Caffè next door good for a typical Italian breakfast of coffee and pastries. Only pity that use of kitchen was not allowed as it would've saved us money in eating out

We had a very large and comfortable room on the ground floor, with a large bathroom and a bonus of a kitchenette (larger than you'd usually encounter). The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was nice (no warm dishes but a full buffet), and the location of the hotel is very convenient and close to the major (amazing!) Ravenna sites and shopping areas. We also appreciated meeting lovely Yulia who was most helpful and friendly. We felt we got a lot for the price, and we happily recommend Martin's Residence.
