The location is excellent; it's a short walk to the public beach, which is free of charge and doesn't have annoying paid loungers and umbrellas. This is probably the best feature of the apartment.
The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and utensils, so there was no shortage.
Mosquito nets were installed on all windows, which is great, although the door to the living room lacked one, which was a downside.
The kettle, stove, and washing machine all worked fine. However, a notice about not running the kettle and washing machine simultaneously would have been helpful, as it caused a power outage that required waiting about an hour for an electrician to restore the electricity.
The beds and mattresses were quite comfortable, and the bed linens and towels were reasonably fresh.
The area is fairly quiet, except for a tourist train that passes nearby and honks until around 11 PM.
