The staff was very friendly and helpful with answering questions regarding local and travel. We liked that you can request for a microwave oven, especially helpful for folks staying for a long time. The coffee pods were a really nice touch and very convenient. In generally really appreciate the generosity of amenities, and the ability to resupply consumables easily in the stock room. Also the washer and dryer were very efficient and fast, and very easy to access with room key at any time of day. The electronic shades were helpful since sometimes we sleep during the day.

Spacious , well equipped apartment in an old, charming cloister. The apartments are run by the hotel across the street. Friendly front desk and daily housekeeping staff. Quiet location, however it’s conveniently right next to old town. About a 10 minute walk to the train station. Two minute walk to the bus stop that takes you up to Plose. The included Brixen Card for free public transportation, museums and cable cars (including Plose gondola)throughout all of Südtirol was a big plus! Breakfast buffet (with fantastic coffee) at the hotel was optional for a very reasonable €12 per morning. Complementary tea, coffee, cakes and cookies every afternoon in the lovely hotel garden with a small cocktail and snack menu as well. The hotel also owns a very nice restaurant in town where you receive a 10% discount. No extra cleaning fee. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was very clean, beautiful view of the mountains, the staff was very nice and helpful, the dinner was great but a bit pricey, free welcome drinks and the outdoor pool is a fantastic addition to the hotel!

Close to bus station that allows access to ski locations, downtown, etc. Additionally, there are good restaurants within a couple blocks and a small grocery store. The owners are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to provide as much or little information that you may want for things to do in the area and how to access those things. Parking if free, there is an elevator to access all floors for those with difficulty using stairs.
Set in a quiet yet central location in Fiè, Hotel Garni Hubertus has great links by free public ski bus to the Alpe di Siusi ski elevators, 1.2 mi away.
