Clean, well maintained and modern room. The grounds are very well kept and have lots of spots to take in the spectacular views. Pool is amazing, like something from a movie. Located out of town but Mattinata is only 10 minutes away by car. Convenient to the best beaches of the Gargano.

Everything was perfect: a clean comfortable room with a great sea view, a quiet place with birds singing, and a pleasant walk to the sea through olive groves. Breakfast was amazing: cereal with milk and delicious coffee with a big tasty croissant. The host was very attentive and responsive.
