United StatesA spacious and comfortable private space with kitchen and access to clothes washer and dryer, as well as prtivate parking. Hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even inviting me to their barbecue dinner the one evening. Quiet neighborhood. It’s a fairly easy walk into town (25 mins?) if you don’t have luggage, and convenient for the ferry terminal. Definitely recommend.

Well situated for the bus stop too and the view of the ocean is wonderful. The room has everything you can need. Not self catering but still a tea/coffee station just on the landing. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to make your self catering experience comfortable. Hosts are extremely hospitable and keen to make your stay comfortable. You can also hire a car from the accommodation owner at very reasonable cost. The rooms are very nice, spacious and offer everything you need for self-catering (including water, spices, vinegar and oil). If you don't want to cook yourself, the accommodation offers delicious food at a fair price and much cheaper than in the restaurants. In addition, the owner took care of booking a rental car for us and organized the handover directly at the ferry.
