We loved it . Beautiful room great location very close to downtown strip .Beds were very comfortable well decorated feels like home away from home .Clean rooms and bathrooms plus thank you for putting extra pillows & sheets . We really enjoy our short Spring break vacations.As a bonus we saw a very extra wild visitor from the balcony we love it .We normally rent a cabin this is our first time rent a condo room and you didn’t disappoint us .We will surely comeback here again .Superb !

Modern Condo in the Smokies is located in Gatlinburg, just 2.9 miles from Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and 3.5 miles from Ober Gatlinburg.

The location was good. Not too far from where everything was. Very spacious plus they left games for us to play. That was really great! Clean and the fireplace was a fantastic plus with the balcony. So beautiful.

    We loved the size of the room and the kitchenette. The room was clean and smelled great, even though it was a pet-friendly hotel. The breakfast was great each morning (although it would have been nice if it ran through 10:30am vs. 10:00am for those mornings that you want to sleep in a bit!). We will be looking for Home2 Suite hotels in the future when we travel!

    Self catering property no breakfast included full facilities if you wanted to cook your own breakfast everything you needed to cook a full breakfast or a proper meal property was great for 2 couples enough room not to be falling over each other loved it

    The location was great for taking a walk to our favorite places and along the river. The stoplight right at the exit made coming and going very easy. The room was super spacious, home-like and had all the comforts of home. The staff was very kind.
