Great location in a lovely leafy street with plenty of restaurants and very easy to get into the centre of Hanoi by bus. Check in was fast and they also let me in 2 hours early which was greatly appreciated. Price was excellent for the location and the bed was very comfy. Air con worked as it should.

The rooms facing the streets (deluxe) are really nice and bright. On the other hand, rooms facing inwards are rather dark. Comfortable beds and free wifi in every room. Although not very near to the city center, we were pleasantly surprised by the neighborhood. There are many shops, restaurants and cafes and the hotel itself is at a relatively quiet street.

Really good value compared to the price, much better than I expect it to be. The room is cleaned everyday, the furniture looks nice and I feel comfortable resting here. The staff is also very friendly and helpful so I asked them some guidance for my trip. Nice stay.

We spent 3 nights here and enjoyed it. The hosts were kind and welcoming. The bed was comfortable (not hard) and the water pressure was great. We wanted to stay somewhere outside of Hanoi and this was perfect for us.
