The apartment is very nice, new, and modern. It's very spacious for 2 adults and 1 child, 3 years old. All cooking and washing equipment are fully provided. Salt, pepper, and even olive oil are also available. Very satisfying. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in Vienna.

Offering city views, Arbio I Liv's Place Lux Apartments is an accommodation located in Vienna, 3.2 km from Belvedere Palace and 3.6 km from Vienna Main Railway Station. Every single thing! Check-in: our flight was early in the morning and actual room check-in was at around 15:00, however the host allowed us to leave our luggage and begin our adventure in Vienna without worrying about our luggage. Everything is really easy in terms of accessing the building and getting your key. Rooms: you will get everything you need to feel relaxed. The apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped. You will be able to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime for free as there is active subscription for both. We had a large patio with grass and outdoor table and chairs. Absolutely 💯! Location: in a 25 step radius from the entrance of the building is Lidl, Billa, subway and tram. Having the subway so close after a long day of walking was a huge blessing for the whole family. There is also a very nice Irish pub nearby and Pharmacy. For breakfast you have Ankar just on the side of the entrance! Thank you so much for having us and being an amazing host! 👏

The apartments are situated in a gorgeous new neighborhood, that has a feeling of a Mediterranean resort. There is a small lake 100m form the apartments and we actually went swimming. The neighborhood is full off small shops and restaurants. The apartment is 5 min walk from the subway, so you can reach the Centre of Vienna in 35 min. The apartments have two great shared terraces, which adds to the seaside resort feeling. There are at lest 6 playgrounds in the neighborhood, and no cars. The evening silence in gorgeous. The only sounds are crickets. Unreal. The kitchen is equipped with basic pots and pans. There is a microwave and even a coffee machine. The staff is lovely, very polite and organized. Also - thank you for being really cool after we stained the bedsheets. I am so sorry and also so grateful for your kindness.
