The Garni Villa Siesta Park is a hotel in Losone, a 15-minute walk from Ascona. It features a huge flower garden and a barbecue area. Best of both worlds: large apartments, hotel service, large beautiful garden, nice swimming pool. A very cozy place , very little people around, very friendly staff. Walking distance from Ascona. We were in a rush while leaving and forgot few things at the hotel.. and they sent those back to our home address without any fees.

Situated in Locarno, Tertianum Residenza Al Lido - Appartements & Restaurant provides accommodation with free WiFi in the public areas and a fitness centre. Very family friendly. I think the facilities are specially good for elderly people but my wife and I with our 10 month baby were very happy with the location.
