The staff is very functional, corteous and helpful. I would like to hallmark the service provided by ANA, from the front-desk, whom's been very helpful during our whole stay! Own restaurant and two grocery store at a very shor walking distance. The pie's cherries are two large, furnished, garden areas - one on the first floor, contiguous to the restaurant, and the other - by far the best one - on the 6th floor, where one can have a beer, smoke a cigar or just sit down and relax while enjoying an amazing view of the sunset.

The hotel is very close to the Zurich flughafen (10 min by taxi). I had a very nice rest. The fatigue accumumated during a 15 hr-flight was relieved very well. Hope to visit here again when I get a change to travel Swiss in the future.
