We LOVED this place! Check in was extremely easy - the host reached out early with a code and we let ourselves in when we arrived. The place was large and had a lot of space to spread out and pack/unpack both before and after we did the W trek. The beds were comfy and the showers hot. The place was very clean and we were so happy to have a hot water maker with coffee (instant) and tea provided and a full fridge to store food. The location is perfect - about a 5-10 min walk to the most downtown area of PN. The WiFi was fast. We would come back here in a second - very affordable. As a bonus, the host stored our bags for us for free because we stayed both before an after our trek. She also helped us with a few questions re: taxi/Ubers.

Set in Puerto Natales and only less than 1 km from Puerto Natales Bus Station, Trotamundos offers accommodation with city views, free WiFi and free private parking. Ideally located in a quiet part of town, a 750-metre walk from the Bus Sur terminal. The apartment was meticulous — firm, comfortable beds, hot showers with fabulous water pressure, shampoo and soap provided, kitchen well-equipped. A full buffet breakfast is included. It starts at 6:30 am but the chef laid it all out, including scrambled eggs, bacon, yoghurt, fresh fruit and cereals, at 6 so we could catch our bus to Torres Del Paine for 7 am. The hotel was fully booked for the end of our stay, but Trotamundos volunteered to store our extra luggage at no charge and even transported it to our new hostel for our final night in Puerto Natales. Truly above and beyond all expectations.

Apart Hotel Endurance offers apartments with free WiFi in Punta Arenas' city centre. The main square is 240 metres away. I loved the minimalist style. The 24hr desk was great. Good security. Friendly staff.

Comfortable, clean, heating set at a comfortable level, nice breakfast, attentive staff. I noticed wifi was slow, staff promply rearranged router to improve it. Though not in the city center, there are at least two very good restaurants at walking distance. Definitely would return.

The place is a bit of a motel arrangement: 6 bungalows in a joint row, each with a separate outside entrance and a place for a car. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. It is a 15 min walk from the centre.

I had a nice stay at the Magellanic House. The location was perfect for me as everything was walkable, especially for someone without a car. The house was only 4 blocks away from the main plaza and the many restaurants and stores in and around Puerto Natales. The owners, Javier and Zoe, and their support staff (Joaquin and Sra. Kitty) were extremely accommodating, courteous, and helpful. Great communication and customer service. They also provide a tour booking service which was very convenient. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and welcome. I highly recommend staying at the Magellanic House whenever you are in Puerto Natales.
