All staff are highly trained for good service. All in all perfact stay.

It was very homely and clean in the room. Very spacious. The staff were lovely and helpful if you needed anything.

I had to stay for more than a month and needed a place where I can wash my clothes. The washing machine doubles as a drier and the clothes come out perfectly ready. It also helped that there was a big fridge, where I stored chocolates that I bought as gifts （so that they don't melt） and leftovers. The closest convenience store and a small supermarket are close to the front gate of the hotel. If you need to order something, you don't have to be present at the hotel to receive it. The front desk will take and put it away so you can pick it up when you get back. The rooms are also cozy with a bed, a desk with chair and an armchair. The staff at the front desk and the cleaning service is very considerate. If the Wi-Fi breaks down because you pulled out a plug, there will be someone right there within a minute. If you need help to find a place or have questions about how to get take-out, the staff will explain it to you. I liked the accommodation so much that I came back for a second stay and will again, if I can go to Shanghai in the future.

A peaceful retreat in the bustling city, Riverdale Residence Xintiandi Shanghai 长河国际公寓新天地 is one block from Middle Huaihai Road, Shanghai’s business and entertainment centre. I was upgraded to a one bedroom, and it was such an incredible room—felt like a nice high rise apartment with the kitchen and balcony. I loved the room, the hotel gym was nice, breakfast was delicious!
