If you're in a wheelchair, it's very convenient and not a problem at all. But if you've just had a knee operation, it might not be a huge issue, although calling the reception every time you need to go downstairs to fetch something from the car could become inconvenient. So, it might be a bit complicated if you don’t want to bother them too often.
