The property is in a perfect location. It is on the road to the beach and residents can use the pool in Tom and John’s which is great. The couple that run the studios are the most friendly and helpful people. They made our holiday stress free and totally enjoyable.

Everything. Great location, close to beach and to local shops and restaurants. The hospitality of the hosts: it is owned by a really, really nice family, extremely hardworking and kind. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need (you even have pepper, salt, sugar, coffee). There are small details that make the difference, like the bottles of cold water upon arrival. The air-conditioning is working perfect and with no extra pay.

The hotel is AMAZING. Right on the beach! The breakfast has many options to choose from for all types of people. The lunch and dinner items are the best! The quality is very high and there are both traditional greek food and the typical menu foods to choose from. The reception and Mary are FANTASTIC. If you need ANYTHING she is ready to help and make some phone calls!!! The rooms are so gorgeous, you have 2 sinks, tons of mirrors, AC, and a balcony. I will come here again and recommend it to everyone. The location is absolutely perfect! and the beach area in front of the restuarant is super clean!

I Alikanás, 15 minutters gange fra Alykanas strand og 2 kilometer fra Alikes strand, ligger PAHNIS studios. Everything was so laid back.. The pool area and surrounding gardens make this a wonderful place to stay. The food and drinks served at the pool bar were very good and reasonably priced. We would like to thank Nikos and Tasso for a great holiday and would recommend the Pahnis Studios for a lovely relaxing holiday

Great place, great location, fantastic host with a very good restaurant next door. Very short walk to the beach..... I could easily move and just live there, this place has just about everything that I need for my holiday. I will 100% come back there, no question....

Location perfect, 3 minutes from beach and beach bars. The apartment very nice, practical, looks like a hidden gem. The best of all is the service of the owner, Katia: she is a real host, always smiling, making everything to feel comfortable. She even joined us to the car rental (to be sure we receive good service, even tried to negotiate price for us 🙂), made sure we called the right taxi, when she saw we are sitting outside gave us her mosquito spray, came every day and washed our dishes, and so on....made our stay 1000%!
