The hotel's central location is a major asset. Unfortunately, finding the parking place it was a challenge without local guidance. The parking situation was confusing due to misleading information. While the owners seem eager to help, clearer pre-arrival instructions and improved signage would greatly enhance the guest experience.
Despite the initial setbacks, the studio itself is exceptional. The modern decor, well-equipped kitchenette, and comfortable sleeping area made our stay enjoyable. It's a shame such a fantastic accommodation was preceded by such a frustrating arrival process.
To improve future guest experiences, I recommend providing detailed, step-by-step directions to the hotel and parking area. Consider using a GPS-friendly address for the parking lot and offering visual aids like photos. A dedicated welcome email with clear check-in instructions would also be beneficial."
