The apartment is within the old big Terezin fortress and therefore also within the old Jewish ghetto during WWII. It is within walking distance (1 km) of the small fortress (Terezin memorial) and the ghetto museum (500m) and most other memorial sites in the big fortress. It is next to the fortification, so it is easy to have nice walks around the fortress. The old fortress is also a quiet place, and a nice historical place to walk around. The apartment is very spacious, the bathroom is very big, everything is well equipped.

The location right in the center was great and the breakfasts were amazing!!! The host was gracious, knowledgeable and accommodating. Both of his two restaurants are worth visiting and many wines are available by the glass!

If you are staying in Litoměřice stay here. It is less than a 5-minute walk from the Litoměřícš-Město train station, located right in the town centre. Ground floor apartment, no stairs. This is a lovely little cottage with its own separate entrance and small sunny garden. It has recently been completed with a brand new kitchen and bathroom and lovely contemporary furniture. The owner was extremely helpful and communicated immediately regarding any needs. Best of all, she left us two beers in the fridge, which were most welcome after a long, wet day of biking.
